Relax by the poolListed below are the weekly and daily rates. All prices are inclusive of Florida state taxes. All prices include cleaning charges. Prices are for the villa per week, not per person.

For stays of less than 7 days a £50  cleaning surcharge will apply.Pool  heating is recommended for the months of Jan - May and Oct - Dec.
Pool  heating is £15  extra per day. £100 per week.
